Kingston Upon Hull’s Katie Clark goes top of the UK senior ranking and gains the 2014 Commonwealth Games Standard for Scotland, the country Katie aims to represent next year.

Her time of 15:43.51 puts her 6th all-time under-23 and is also a European Championship standard for that age group this summer.

Katie now has the fastest under-23 time in Europe for 5000m track this year.
