Hull Daily Mail Sporting Champions Awards 2014
Charlotte Paterson and Maggie Okul have been shortlisted as finalists in the Mail’s Sporting Champions Awards.
They are two of the three nominees, who have been selected as finalists in the Junior Girl category (age 16 – 18)
The ceremony will be held at the KC Stadium on Thursday 6th of November. The nominees will enjoy a buffet meal followed by the presentation of the awards.
This is an honour which is well deserved by the two girls. Both have had outstanding seasons, not only in the league meetings for our club but also in the championship competitions.
Charlotte won silver medals at the English School Championships and the UK School Games and struck gold at the Northern Championships.
Maggie won bronze in the National Championships and gold at both under 17 and under 20 at the Northern Championships.
The club wishes the very best of luck to both girls.
