COURSE 1 IS NOW FULL
If there is sufficient interest a second identical Course will run starting 29th September and running for 6 consecutive Sundays. The time would be 7 ā 8pm.
Just to clarify, this is not 6 weeks of Weight Training and it is not intended to interfere with the Strength and Conditioning work you do with your Coaches.
It is teaching you how to lift weights correctly, thus getting the greatest benefit from the lift and most importantly avoiding injury. It is thus meant to complement the work your Coach wants you to do as Iām not sure how many of the Coaches have British WeightLifting Association Coaching Qualifications.
