Luke Giblin
Sprinter
Luke has been with Kingston upon Hull AC since 2004. He has represented the club at National and County Championships and in countless league matches. He has also represented Northern England at International level.
He has won 4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals at the Northern Championships in the 100 and 200 metres, three of them at the outdoor event and the other three indoors. He has represented his University in the BUCS Championships and has won a total of 5 silver medals in the relay events.
In 2014 Luke ran his lifetime best of 10.6 seconds in the 40th Humberside County Championships and in doing so set a new Championship record. During the season he ran 10.6 a further twice as well as 10.64 and 10.66. He also ran two sub 21.5 seconds for the 200 metres.
He is currently ranked number 2 in Yorkshire at 200 metres and number 3 at 100 metres.
