National Cross Country Relay Championships

Three teams of our junior athletes represented Kingston at the National cross country relay championships. Two girls team’s one of under13yrs and the second of under15 years and a team of under15 boys.

Under 13 girls

The team was made up Ella Draper, Jodie Martin and Jessica Townsend. The girls finished 79^th out of 92 entrants and they recorded a time of 26:56.45s. The day was made extra special for Jessica as she met one of this country’s athletics legends Steve Cram and had her picture taken with him.

Under 15 Girls

Natalie Bell, Connie Mae Mount and Sophie Sweeting were our representatives and they finished 49^th out of 89 entrants, recording a time of 24:33.15s

Under 15 boys

This was an in-complete team of two runners Adam Egan and Matthew Elliott. They were one of 12 in-complete teams that contested this race. They finished in 4^th place and returned a time of 7:39.45s
