COMPETING

We thrive on the spirit of competition and take pride in representing our community. Competitions showcase our talent, foster camaraderie, and strengthen our club.

We need your support to represent the club in upcoming competitions. While training is vital, competing is essential for the club's vibrancy and for personal growth. Therefore, every member is required to compete in at least two league events per season. If you have questions or need preparation advice, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!

Leagues We Compete In:
1. Youth Development League (Lower and Upper) - these events (3 or 4 per year) are entered as a Club Team, selected by the Team Managers.
2. Northern Senior League
3. Cross Country League
4. Open Events - open to all and can be entered via Roster Athletics (www.rosterathetics.com).

Information about upcoming competitions is available from your coach, our Facebook page, or in the clubhouse. The outdoor season runs from early April to September, with some winter indoor events.

Intercounty Competitions
Selected KUHAC athletes may represent the Humber County team, with specific kits provided.

Championships
There are Humber County championships annually, influencing team selections for inter counties. Regional championships are also available, requiring direct entry.

Results
Results can be found posted at events and on www.powerof10.info, where you can track your performance compared to others in the club, county, and country.
