Monday & Thursday 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Middle Distance
Monday & Wednesday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Throwing
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Sprinting
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Jumps
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Hurdles
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Wednesday 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
